Red Box Smoker (firebox insert not included)

In order to protect you as a buyer and us as a seller you must open the product and inspect for physical damage upon delivery. 

Simply cut the tape from the bottom of the box.  Open the flaps and return to the upright position.  Remove the box from the smoker. Any physical damage will be to the exterior of the smoker only and very easy to see.

If there is damage you must document it with the driver and take pictures for proof of damage.  This is the only way we can file a damage claim with the shipper.

SSOMD will not be liable for undocumented shipping damage.
