The shipping process is as follows:

1. Call SSOM for product shipping quote.
2. Pay for product and shipping.

Grills shipped by freight, typically leave warehouse in 3-5 days. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Byhalia, Mississippi or directly from our manufacturers.

We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, availability, or other circumstances.
